Fever Grass, Fennel & Anise Warm Brew
Gentle, soothing tea made for kids. Packed with natural herbs, it supports digestion, eases mild tummy discomfort, and helps calm little ones during chilly days. Enjoy it warm in the morning, after meals, or as a cozy bedtime ritual.

Ingredients
- 1 small handful fever grass (lemongrass)
- ½ tsp fennel seed
- ¼ tsp anise seed
- 2 cups water
- Optional: a touch of raw honey (for children over 1) or sweetener of choice

Instruction
- Rinse the fever grass and lightly crush or knot it to release the oils.
- Bring water to a gentle boil.
- Add fever grass, fennel, and anise.
- Cover and simmer on low for 5–6 minutes.
- Turn off heat, steep for another 5 minutes, then strain.
- Let cool until comfortably warm before serving.
