  • 1 cup chilled water or coconut water
  • 1 cup fresh watermelon (cubed)
  • ¼ cup cucumber slices (peeled if preferred)
  • 1–2 tsp fresh lime or lemon juice
  • 1 tsp raw honey (optional)

  • 1 dropper Ferro C or Guardian Grove

 Instructions

  • Wash all fruits and mint leaves thoroughly.
  • Blend watermelon and cucumber with chilled water until smooth.
  • Strain if you prefer a lighter juice texture.
  • Stir in fresh lime/lemon juice and honey if using.
  • Add lightly crushed mint leaves for extra freshness.
  • Pour over ice and serve immediately for best hydration.

    For Guardian Grove

Use daily for consistent immune support. You may also give every 2–3 hours when your child is feeling under the weather.

    For Ferro C
Add ½ dropperful into the drink, or give ½ dropperful 2 times daily (morning and evening).

Why it’s perfect for summer:

Watermelon is naturally hydrating, packed with electrolytes, and helps cool the body after heat exposure. Cucumber adds extra refreshment and lightness kids enjoy.
