Hibiscus Summer Tea

Hibiscus Summer Tea


A Cooling hydration drink for both kids and adults — perfect iced for hot summer days and outdoor recovery.

 Ingredients
  • 1–2 tbsp dried hibiscus flowers
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 1–2 cups ice
  • 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for kids over 1 year old)
  • ½ tsp fresh lemon or orange juice (optional)
  • A few orange slices or berries for flavor
  • 1 dropper Ferro C or Guardian Grove

 

 Instructions

  • Steep hibiscus flowers in hot water for 10–15 minutes until deep red in color.
  • Strain and let it cool slightly.
  • Add cold water or ice to chill it faster.
  • Stir in honey or maple syrup if using.
  • Add a splash of lemon or orange juice for brightness.
  • Serve over ice with orange slices or berries for a refreshing finish.

Kid-Friendly Note:

  • For kids, keep it lightly brewed (not too strong) and slightly sweetened for better taste. Always serve well-chilled.

 

For Guardian Grove
Use daily for consistent immune support. You may also give every 2–3 hours when your child is feeling under the weather.

For Ferro C
Add ½ dropperful into the drink, or give ½ dropperful 2 times daily (morning and evening).
