A simple 10-minute Halloween treat made with creamy banana, yogurt, and a few fun toppings. Perfect for busy moms who want a festive treat without loading up on candy.

Ingredients
- 4 ripe bananas
- ½ cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut, optional
- 1–2 tbsp mini chocolate chips or cacao nibs
- 1 tsp melted dark chocolate, optional
|
Instructions
- Peel the bananas and cut each one in half lengthwise.
- Cut each half into smaller pieces, then gently shape the pieces into little ghost-like figures.
- Dip or spoon a thin layer of yogurt over each banana piece.
- Place two mini chocolate chips on each ghost for eyes. Add a small chocolate dot for a mouth if desired.
- Sprinkle with a little shredded coconut for extra texture.
- Arrange the banana ghosts on a parchment-lined plate or tray.
- Freeze for 2–3 hours, or until firm.
- Let sit at room temperature for 3–5 minutes before serving so they soften slightly.
Storage: Keep frozen in an airtight container for up to 1 week. Separate layers with parchment paper.
